Flatbed Trucking Companies Helped by an Orem Chiropractor

When asked to write about my experience with flatbed trucking companiesthe first thought that came to my mind was a funny story that happened when I first moved to Utah.

I went to chiropractic school in Dallas, Texas.  While going to school my wife and I lived in a small apartment in  the north Dallas suburb of Addison.

Shortly after acquiring our first apartment and phone number we started receiving phone calls for "The Vette Shop."  Apparently, before we had the number a specialty Corvette shop had it.

I graduated in September of 1996.  In February of 1997 we moved to Pleasant Grove, Utah to begin my career.  Again, we moved into a small apartment and got a new phone number.

Surprisingly, shortly after moving in we started receiving phone calls for a trucking company.  What?  Didn't we just finish this game?  For their own privacy I won't name the trucking company, but the first 10 or more phone calls we received were for ____ trucking.

After having already played the game of receiving phone calls for another business, and feeling a little sarcastic I decided to start playing along.  So every time someone called asking "is this ____ Trucking?" I would say, "Yes, how can I help you?"

Surprisingly, there were several things I did help with and when there was a question I couldn't answer and made something up like, "I don't know, Jim will have to get back to you on that."

It's been more than ten years now and thankfully the trucking company calls have ended and hopefully in my own silly way, I helped a trucking company.

I am participating in a blogger campaign by Bucks2Blog for flatbed trucking companies and was compensated. However, the views and opinions are my own.
